We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Swimsuits with removed hygiene liners or tags
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
Important: Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with all original tags and hygiene liners intact for hygiene reasons.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund Method: Credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
