Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note on Swimsuits: For hygiene reasons, swimsuits with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned. All swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with all original tags and hygiene liners intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories
- Ship your return to our facility at: Prana Cloth Store Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You can expect:
- Refund method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
